Kenjutsu Bokken Detail
Notice the colors and grain pattern on the tsuka (hilt). This example is a grade level 7 hickory weapon.

As shown on the right, the Kenjutsu bokken has a clearly defined transition in the position of the tsuba (hand guard). The inscription here (available as an option) reads shidare yanagi "weeping willow". Inscriptions can be chosen in the ordering process.

On the left is the kissaki style point of the Kenjutsu Bokken. It is shaped to interpret the kissaki on a live blade but instead of being created by an overworked, dubbed off looking sanded finish, it is left exactly in its carved state and retains its natural hand cut appearance.
