Yagyu Detail
The area of the tsuka (hilt) where the left hand holds the weapon is shown here. The tsuka is perfectly oval in cross section. The end (kashira) is not truncated but has a comfortable dome shape, like that of live blade mounting.

This view shows the bokken from the top, at the position just in front of the right hand grip. This sword is not used with a tsuba (hand guard) - the transition from the blade section to the handle is gradual.

This inscription (available as an option) reads "Yagyu Ryu"

On the left is the kissaki style point of the Yagyu Bokken. It is shaped to interpret the kissaki on a live blade but instead of being created by an overworked, dubbed off looking sanded finish, it is left exactly in its carved state and retains its natural hand cut appearance.
